![]() Telecommunication engineer and photography hobbyist. Born in Holland and settled in Spain, currently sharing my time between the cities of Madrid and Alicante. I always liked to take pictures, but it was not till March 2006 when I really took up photography as a hobby. In this time I have been able to evolve and was fortunate to win several photo contests, the most remarkable of which is the Bancaja 2nd Edition Digital Photo Contest in 2006. Because modern cameras produce pure digital information, today's photography is deeply interrelated with the fields of Computer Science and Digital Signal Processing, with which I feel comfortable. That is why I have spent and will do so in the future a considerable effort to find out how our machines work. My goals are to improve my understanding of digital photography, to show others my view of the world and photographic technique, and above all, enjoy it all.
